Dr. Kumar Vishwas was an active member of the Aam Aadmi Party. He contested the 2014 Lok Sabha election, as an AAP candidate from Amethi, but lost to Rahul Gandhi. Dr. Kumar Vishwas is a professor, poet and political leader. Kumar Vishwas is a poet who went beyond the stereotypical norms of 'Kavi Sammelan' or poetic functions and made it a performer's stage. He has become an icon among the youth of India. Dr. Kumar Vishwas was born on 10 February in a Brahmin family in Pilkhuwa, Uttar Pradesh. He obtained his school education from the Lala Ganga Sahay School, Pilkhuwa. He did his intermediate from Rajputana Regiment Inter College, Pilkhuwa. He completed his Masters and PhD in Hindi literature. He got married to Dr. Manju Sharma. The Couple has two daughters. His wife is a lecturer of hindi literature.
